Cancellation policy.

We hold a time slot for you when you book. If you can't make it, please tell us early so the therapist can use that time for someone else.

Free to cancel.

Up to four hours before your appointment, you can cancel by WhatsApp at no charge.

Less than four hours before.

We charge 50% of the booking value. Therapists travel on a tight schedule, and a last-minute change usually means the slot can't be filled.

No-show.

If we arrive and there's no one to receive us, we charge 100% of the booking value.

If you need to reschedule.

That isn't a cancellation. WhatsApp us with the new date and time — we'll move the booking if the slot is available, no charge.

If we need to cancel on you.

Therapist illness or a road closure can happen. We'll WhatsApp you as soon as we know, refund any payment already made, and offer the next available slot. We do not charge any fee on top.
