Cancellation policy.

We hold a time slot for you when you book. If you can't make it, please tell us as early as you can, so the therapist can use that time for someone else.

Cancelling is free.

You can cancel by WhatsApp at any time before your appointment, at no charge, even on the day.

No-show.

If we arrive and there's no one to receive us, we charge 100% of the booking value.

If you need to reschedule.

That isn't a cancellation. WhatsApp us with the new date and time, and we'll move the booking if the slot is available, at no charge.

If we need to cancel on you.

Therapist illness or a road closure can happen. We'll WhatsApp you as soon as we know, refund any payment already made, and offer the next available slot. We do not charge any fee on top.
