This policy explains what we collect, why, and what your options are. We keep it short — there isn't much to keep track of.

What we collect.

When you book through this site we ask for your name, WhatsApp number, email (optional), home address, and any notes you choose to leave. That's it.

How it reaches us.

The booking form on this site does not send your details to a server we run. When you press Confirm via WhatsApp, a pre-filled message opens in WhatsApp on your device. You choose whether to send it. Once sent, your details live in your WhatsApp conversation with us, governed by WhatsApp's own privacy terms.

What we do with it.

We use your details only to:

• Confirm and schedule your appointment.
• Send the therapist to your address.
• Send booking reminders and follow-ups, only via WhatsApp.

We do not share, sell, or hand your details to any third party for marketing.

How long we keep it.

We keep booking records as long as our business needs them — typically up to seven years for tax and accounting reasons, in line with the UAE Federal Tax Authority requirement. After that, we delete them.

Analytics.

We use Plausible Analytics to count visitors and see which pages are popular. Plausible doesn't use cookies, doesn't store IP addresses, and doesn't follow you around the web.

Your browser.

The booking form saves a draft in your browser's local storage so you don't lose progress if you refresh the page. That draft never leaves your device and is deleted automatically once you send the WhatsApp message.

Your rights.

You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Send us a message and we'll handle it within 30 days.

Children.

This site is for adults. If you're under 18, please don't book through us.
